Career Consulting Partners is conducting a search for an award-winning plaintiff personal injury firm that is expanding nationally. They need an experienced Pre-lit Attorney to take cases from intake through settlement in their Irvine, CA Location. The role offers real autonomy and a full support team, and there’s a clear path upward for people who deliver.
This is not a file-pushing job. You’ll set strategy, negotiate, and make the calls on your caseload, with the firm’s resources behind you.

Duties:
Lead cases from intake to settlement, including investigating liability, damages, and case value.
Analyze medical records and evidence to build a case strategy and find added value.
Draft and review demand packages.
Negotiate directly with carriers and opposing counsel, then advise clients on offers.
Guide clients through the process so they feel informed and cared for.
Requirements:
Active California Bar membership in good standing.
5+ years of plaintiff PI experience (preferred).
A track record managing a significant PI caseload.
Sharp negotiation skills and a good read on risk, leverage, and value.
Confident, empathetic client communication.
Strong organization and follow-through. You spot what’s holding a case back and fix it.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
Compensation & benefits:
$150,000 - $180,000 base, depending on experience
