OPERATIONS MANAGER / DISPATCHER
Small, Family-Owned Trucking & Warehouse Company
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Operations Manager / Dispatcher to join our growing team.
OPEN DECK / OVERSIZED LOAD EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience dispatching open-deck and oversized loads, along with a strong working knowledge of DOT regulations, state and local laws, permits, routing requirements, escorts, and oversize/overweight regulations.
This is not a position for someone who simply wants to show up and do the bare minimum. We are looking for someone who wants to win, solve problems, take ownership, and help build this business into something better than ever.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven open-deck and oversized-load dispatching experience
• Strong knowledge of oversize/overweight laws, permits, and regulations
• Knowledge of DOT compliance and permitting requirements
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Hustle, dedication, and accountability
• Someone who takes initiative and gets things done
• Ability to work effectively with drivers, customers, brokers, and management
