Laborers play a vital role in supporting construction and landscaping projects by performing physical tasks that help prepare and maintain job sites. Working primarily outdoors and often as part of a small team, laborers handle site cleanup, operate essential equipment like forklifts and loaders, and assist with worksite preparation. This position requires physical stamina and a strong focus on safety to ensure efficient and secure operations in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal
- Operate forklifts and loaders safely and efficiently
- Assist with manual labor tasks including material handling
- Prepare construction and landscaping work sites
- Collaborate effectively within small teams (1-5 members)
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
- Work occasional overtime as needed to meet project deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in construction labor
