The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients thrive through advanced, hands-on care. If you value autonomy, professional growth, and a supportive team culture, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1, 60-minute evaluations and treatments—no aides or assistants
- Treat a maximum of 28 patients per week with paid documentation time built into your schedule
- Work 36–40 hours/week with flexible hours (MT/Th/F)
- Collaborate with a team of physical therapists, chiropractors, and support staff
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with referring providers and those in your care

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $38.45 – $55.29/hour (competitive with independent private practices)

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
(New grads welcome to apply—we offer mentorship and training to help you grow) - Strong manual therapy and corrective exercise skills
- Bonus: Experience with Pilates-based rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Team-oriented mindset and professionalism with referral sources
