About this position
Express Wash on Vaughn is Montgomery's premium express tunnel car wash, managed by Wash Rescue. We're hiring a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to run shifts, lead the team, and grow memberships alongside the Site Manager.
Located at 6870 Vaughn Rd, Montgomery, AL. An easy commute from Prattville, Millbrook, Wetumpka, Pike Road, and Tallassee.
Compensation
$50,000 base salary plus bonus. On-target earnings year one: $55,000 to $60,000.
What you'll do
- Run the site on your shifts: tunnel operations, safety, and facility standards
- Lead, train, and coach a team of 10 to 15
- Drive membership sales and retention at the pay station
- Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Cash handling, deposits, and shift reporting
- Step in for the Site Manager when needed
What you bring
- 2+ years leading teams in car wash, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or service
- Hands-on: comfortable on the line and around equipment
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license

Physical requirements
