Lead Hostess
Pastiamo Osteria, a new upscale casual Italian restaurant in Woodley Park, is seeking an experienced, professional, and energetic Lead Host / Hostess to join our opening team.
We are looking for someone with strong hospitality skills, excellent communication, and the ability to create a welcoming guest experience.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hosting experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Proficiency in OpenTable and Resy is required.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow.
- Lead and support the host team during service.
- Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming first impression.
- Handle guest requests and special accommodations efficiently.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexible availability required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
