Position: Roofing Repair Trainee - Visit residential neighborhoods, speak with homeowners to identify potential roof damage and leaks, and recommend necessary roof repairs.
Requirements:
• Previous residential roofing repair experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of roofing systems and repairs
• Willingness to learn how to identify and troubleshoot roof leaks
• Strong work ethic and attention to detai
Responsibilities:
• Inspect residential roofs and identify issues
• Diagnose roof leaks and determine repair needs
• Perform roof repairs and maintenance
• Evaluate flashing, ventilation, and other roofing components
• Recommend repair solutions to homeowners
• Complete work documentation and communicate with customers
