What You’ll Do

• Respond to mold, water, storm, and fire damage emergencies
• Perform demolition and restoration work
• Operate professional equipment
• Work alongside experienced Crew Chiefs
• Ensure job needs are met to industry standards, efficiently, and with the required labor, equipment, and materials
• Maintain work site safety by using proper procedures and equipment
• Assist the Crew Chief with taking photos and recording notes
• Obtain necessary job documentation, such as work authorizations
• Respond to emergency calls when dispatched
• Help families and businesses recover after disasters

Pay

• Entry Level / Trainee: $20–$21 per hour
• Experienced Technician: $21–$24 per hour
• Lead Technician: $26+ per hour
• IICRC certifications will increase your pay

Schedule

Monday to Friday, with on-call and overtime.

Work Environment

This job is performed in the field, predominantly in luxury condos, residential buildings, and commercial businesses.

Physical Demands

• Use equipment and hand tools, climb ladders, go up and down stairs, and perform demolition
• Carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequently stand and walk
• Work in all types of weather and environments
• Good communication, listening, and teamwork skills required
