Lead Bartender / Mixologist
Pastiamo Osteria, a new Italian neighborhood restaurant in Woodley Park, is looking for an experienced, creative, and energetic Lead Bartender / Mixologist to join our opening team.
We’re seeking someone passionate about hospitality, craft cocktails, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute signature cocktails and seasonal drink specials.
- Lead daily bar operations and maintain high service standards.
- Manage bar inventory, ordering, and cost control.
- Train and support the bar team.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of bartending experience.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and mixology.
- Leadership skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Experience in an upscale casual or high-volume restaurant preferred.
