Essential Job Functions
• Responsible for ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality.
• Perform thorough inspections on materials, work-in-process, and finished
products to ensure compliance with company standards and customer
specifications.
• Identify and report quality issues.
• Collaborate with the Director of Quality to improve product quality and
manufacturing processes.
• Use various measuring tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
to verify dimensions and performance.
• Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality data.
• Uphold all safety and quality policies and follow guidelines, work instructions and
training as provided by the Management Team.
Education & Experience
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Qualifications
• Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in a
quality role.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic math skills including measurement
conversions, arithmetic operations, and data interpretations, to accurately
perform inspections, analyze results, and support quality assurance processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using quality assurance tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
