Job responsibilities
- Operate automated optical inspection (AOI) equipment to inspect electronic circuit board assemblies.
- Identify defects and verify that products meet quality specifications.
- Record inspection results and maintain accurate production records.
- Separate rejected products from accepted products.
- Perform routine and preventative equipment maintenance.
- Report defects or production issues to the team lead or management.
- Follow quality procedures, safety requirements, and customer specifications.
- Assist with visual inspections and participate in job training.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, or relevant work experience.
- Six months of related experience preferred; electronics inspection experience is helpful.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read work instructions and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 10–45 pounds and sit or stand for extended periods.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency (green card) is required due to ITAR restrictions
