Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Analyst position in Matawan, NJ involving market research and analysis, evaluating real estate investments, performing financial modeling and preparing valuation reports.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of real estate and finance are helpful
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
