Structural Fabrication Fitter-Welder
Location: Corvallis, OR
Pay: $25–$33 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Job Description
All Star Labor & Staffing is seeking experienced Structural Fabrication Fitter-Welders for a well-established industrial fabrication company in Corvallis, Oregon.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural steel fabrication, blueprint reading, layout, fit-up, and FCAW welding. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in producing high-quality work while maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret structural blueprints, fabrication drawings, and specifications.
- Perform accurate layout, fitting, and assembly of structural steel components.
- Complete structural welding using FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and other processes as needed.
- Operate fabrication equipment, cutting tools, grinders, and other machinery.
- Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of structural steel fabrication experience preferred.
- FCAW welding experience required.
- Strong blueprint reading, layout, and fit-up skills.
- Experience operating fabrication tools and equipment.
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, fit, and assemble structural steel.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively with a team.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English to meet job communication and safety requirements.
- Must be able to successfully complete a welding test.
Compensation
$25.00–$33.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
