Zadok Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial construction projects in Payson, UT.
This role is for a proven Superintendent with direct General Contractor experience who can lead complex commercial projects from start to finish.

Your New Role
Work as a Commercial Construction Superintendent on projects in Payson, Utah, and surrounding areas
Manage day-to-day field operations for ground-up commercial construction projects
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials, inspections, schedules, and site logistics
Keep subcontractors informed and accountable for schedule, safety, and quality expectations
Read and work from construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and project documents
Monitor progress and address field issues before they impact the project schedule or budget
Maintain job site safety standards and construction compliance requirements
Complete daily reports and maintain accurate field and project documentation
Coordinate with project managers, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and inspectors
Use construction management software to track progress and communicate project information
Oversee projects through completion while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a Superintendent for a General Contractor managing ground-up commercial construction projects
Experience overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish
Strong knowledge of subcontractor coordination, construction scheduling, site operations, safety, inspections, and plan execution
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, specifications, and related project documents
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and job site problem-solving skills
Experience using construction management software such as Procore or Buildertrend
Fieldwire experience is a plus
Experience with multi-story commercial construction strongly preferred, ideally projects of four or more stories
Working knowledge of construction safety standards and job site compliance
OSHA certification preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Construction Management degree preferred but not required
