We're a contemporary Italian restaurant in the heart of Buffalo's Elmwood Village. As part of a family-owned restaurant group that's been part of the Western New York dining scene since 1992, we take pride in great food, genuine hospitality, and working together as a team.
We're looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated people to join our front-of-house team as Bussers / Server Assistants.
Whether you already have restaurant experience or you're looking to get started in hospitality, we'd love to meet you!
The Role
Our Server Assistants are an important part of keeping the restaurant running smoothly. You'll work closely with our servers, bartenders, and management team to make sure guests are well taken care of and our dining room is always ready.
It's a fast-paced, hands-on position that's perfect for someone who likes staying active, working with people, and being part of a team.
What You'll Be Doing
Help create a great guest experience by keeping tables clean, organized, and well maintained.
Clear and reset tables efficiently throughout service.
Assist with water service, food running, and other guest needs.
Support servers, bartenders, and teammates wherever an extra hand is needed.
Keep the dining room and service stations clean, stocked, and organized.
Communicate with teammates to help service run smoothly.
Take pride in the little details that make a great dining experience.

Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right person!
