About this position

Dental Office Manager | North Denver, CO

Advanced Dental Center
$65,000–$80,000 + Bonus | Full-Time

Advanced Dental Center is looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our team and help a well-established dental practice continue to grow.

We’re looking for a dental leader who understands how a successful practice operates; someone who can support the doctors, develop the team, improve the patient experience, and keep the business side of the practice moving in the right direction.

If you know dentistry, enjoy leading people, and want to have a meaningful impact on a practice, we’d like to talk with you.

What You’ll Lead

As Office Manager, you’ll be accountable for the day-to-day performance of the practice while creating an environment where the doctors and team can do their best work.

You will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the dental team

  • Partner closely with our doctors and clinical leaders

  • Keep daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and patient flow running effectively

  • Build accountability around practice goals and team expectations

  • Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve practice performance

  • Support treatment presentation, case acceptance, collections, and patient retention

  • Maintain a strong patient experience from the first phone call through follow-up

  • Help recruit, onboard, and develop team members

  • Resolve problems quickly and communicate clearly with the team

  • Partner with Elevate Dental Partners’ operations, HR, recruiting, and support teams when additional resources are needed

Who We’re Looking For

We need someone with real dental practice experience who understands both the people side and business side of dentistry.

You may be a strong fit if you have:

  • Previous Dental Office Manager or significant dental practice leadership experience

  • Strong knowledge of dental office operations and terminology

  • Experience coaching and holding teams accountable

  • Confidence working directly with dentists and clinical teams

  • Experience with scheduling, insurance, collections, treatment coordination, and patient financial conversations

  • Comfort reviewing practice goals, KPIs, and operational performance

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • The ability to stay organized and make decisions in a busy dental environment

We are especially interested in someone who can look beyond what is happening today and help the practice become stronger over time.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year, based on experience

Plus:

  • Bonus opportunity

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Life and disability insurance

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Paid time off

  • Paid holidays

  • Leadership development and career growth opportunities

Local Practice. Strong Support.

Advanced Dental Center maintains the feel and relationships of an established local dental practice while receiving support from a Denver-based support office.

That means our Office Manager can focus on leading the practice while also having access to experienced partners in operations, recruiting, HR, and other areas when needed.

We want someone who wants to lead, not simply maintain the office.

If you’re an experienced dental professional ready to take responsibility for a practice, develop a strong team, and help Elevate Dental Partners continue to grow, apply today.

We’d like to start a conversation.
