A formal dining establishment is currently seeking an experienced Front Server with wine knowledge to join our professional team. The candidate selected for this position may be asked to work as a substitute Sommelier as needed. Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining front-of-house (FOH) role
Strong wine knowledge and ability to make informed recommendations
Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset
Availability to work weekends and holidays is required
Excellent communication and guest service skills
