About the Role:
M and M Insulation LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Fiberglass Installer to join our growing team in Cologne, MN. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering quality insulation solutions to residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities:
- Install fiberglass batt and roll insulation in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics
- Measure and cut insulation materials to fit various spaces and configurations
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris and ensuring proper surface conditions
- Follow blueprints, building codes, and project specifications for each installation
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently on job sites
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and team members to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
- Prior experience in fiberglass insulation installation or a related construction trade preferred
- Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, and at varying heights
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day
- Reliable transportation to job sites in and around the Cologne, MN area
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Valid driver's license is a plus
