About this position
Musette, a lively café located in Fairmount as well as Rittenhouse Square. We are seeking an experienced AM line cook to join our dedicated team. We offer a menu of sandwiches and light fare served from morning through lunch. Hours are generally 7a-3p.
As a line cook at Musette, your responsibilities will include managing stations, prep work, expediting dishes, performing daily kitchen cleaning tasks, handling other standard kitchen duties and interacting with guests in tandem with baristas.
We are looking for somebody who is kind, thoughtful, and possesses at least two years of prior line cook experience. Basic knife skills as well as recipe comprehension and vocabulary are necessary on day 1.Weekend availability and comfort working in a smaller, team-oriented environment are essential.
