ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a driven, detail-oriented professional ready to grow your income and career? VernCo Roofing is seeking a high-performing Project Manager to oversee residential roofing and exterior projects from initial inspection through final invoice. You will develop a personal book of business and serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, crews, and internal team members. This W-2 position combines a stable base salary, performance-based earning opportunities, and long-term leadership growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Sales & Client Management: Build and manage a personal book of business. Conduct property inspections, attend insurance adjuster meetings, sign customer contracts, communicate timelines, and deliver excellent customer service.
· Project Oversight: Use CRM to build estimates; coordinate crews, materials, subcontractors, repairs, and final quality inspections with operations.
· Estimating & Billing: Review and refine estimates, submit accurate invoices, follow up on collections, and maintain complete billing records.
