Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a growing high-tech company through its next stage of innovation and growth. This is a hands-on executive leadership role for a proven business leader who can combine technical understanding, commercial acumen, and operational excellence.
Unlike CEOs in larger organizations, this leader will be directly involved in shaping product strategy, driving revenue growth, securing capital, building high-performing teams, and managing day-to-day business operations. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability, execution, and strategic decision-making are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
• Define and execute the company's vision, strategy, and growth objectives.
• Drive product-market fit by aligning technology capabilities with customer and market needs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, market opportunities, and competitive trends to guide business decisions.
• Develop and communicate a compelling vision to employees, customers, investors, and stakeholders.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
• Lead customer acquisition efforts and build strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that accelerate revenue growth.
• Serve as a company ambassador and key relationship builder with customers, investors, and industry partners.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value propositions.
Financial & Capital Management
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Manage company runway and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Lead fundraising activities, including investor presentations, capital raises, grant opportunities, and strategic financing initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key business and financial performance metrics.
Team Leadership & Culture
• Recruit, develop, and retain top technical and business talent.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship across the organization.
• Build organizational capabilities to support future growth and scalability.
Operational Excellence
• Oversee daily business operations and execution across all functional areas.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
• Establish processes and systems that improve efficiency and support sustainable growth.
• Make timely decisions in a fast-moving environment with limited resources.
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and executive leadership experience.
• Executive leadership experience within a technology-driven company.
• Demonstrated success driving business growth, revenue generation, and organizational performance.
• Experience leading customer-facing business development and strategic partnership initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage customers, employees, board members, and investors.
Preferred
• Experience leading a small company, startup, or early-stage technology organization.
• Fundraising experience, including angel, venture capital, private equity, grants, or other capital sources.
• Experience commercializing new technologies and bringing products to market.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary of $155,000 to $165,000.
• Performance bonus opportunity of 40% to 50% based on achievement of company objectives and key performance metrics.
• Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) tied to sustained performance, company growth, and shareholder value creation over a 3-5 year period.
• Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
