About this position
The ideal candidate for our HR Strategy Consultant is self-directed and responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan for clients. In certain cases, the HR Strategy Consultant is also running HR administration for clients.
Responsibilities
- Create an employee handbook for the client
- Manage in-depth benefits audits for the client
- Develop organizational charts for the client
- Manage HR-related key performance indicators for the client
- Develop ongoing growth plans for the client
- Onboard new hires
- Offboard departing employees
- Manage any leaves of absence
- Work with managers for disciplinary actions
- Manage HR compliance in multiple states
- Optimize existing HR technology and new technology

Qualifications
- Ideally have your own LLC for an HR consulting practice.
- Live around the Atlanta area.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- 15+ years' experience in Human Resources.
- Demonstrate strong discipline to prioritize and manage workload including balancing the time between calls and processing requests.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
- Attention to detail and good judgement.
