As we support the expansion of major telecommunications services, including Spectrum and Cox, were looking for ambitious Sales Representatives to help connect customers with reliable internet and communication solutions.
Whether youre experienced in sales or looking to develop new skills, we provide hands-on training, professional mentorship, and opportunities for advancement.
Position Overview
As a Sales Representative, youll work directly with customers in retail and event-based environments, introducing telecommunications services, identifying customer needs, and helping individuals select solutions that fit their lifestyles.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to develop valuable business and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through face-to-face interactions at retail locations, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Present and explain internet and telecommunications products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service packages.
- Assist customers throughout the enrollment and acquisition process.
- Build positive customer relationships while representing our telecommunications partners professionally.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals.
- Participate in daily training, coaching, and professional development sessions.
- Develop communication, negotiation, customer service, and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable engaging with customers in person.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
