About Blooio:
Blooio is an AI-native messaging and commerce platform. Brands use Blooio to meet their customers inside Messages on iPhone & Android, with AI agents that answer questions, book appointments, take orders, and accept Apple Pay. We are a small, profitable, venture-backed team based in San Diego. We work in person or hybrid in San Diego and the Bay Area, with remote considered for the right person, and field roles in San Francisco and New York.
Your Role:
You will help small businesses get live and stay running on Blooio. You will guide onboarding, troubleshoot messaging, agent, and integration issues, explain technical fixes in plain language, and work with engineering on bugs that need deeper investigation. You will turn recurring questions into clear documentation and reusable workflows so more customers can help themselves.
Qualifications:
You bring: experience in technical support at a software company; comfort troubleshooting APIs, webhooks, and integrations; strong written communication; and the patience and ownership to help a busy small-business owner work through a technical problem from first report to resolution.
170K–200K base plus variable and equity.
