Chez Joséphine is a French-American piano bistro at 414 West 42nd Street in the Theater District. We've been open since 1986.

The job
We need a dishwasher who also does prep.

  • Wednesday to Saturday, 11am to 5pm: mostly prep (chopping, portioning, labeling), plus dishes when it's busy
  • Sunday, 12pm to 12am: dishes
  • Keep the kitchen clean and follow food safety rules

Pay and hours

  • $18 an hour
  • 36 - 40 hours a week

What we want

  • Show up on time, every shift
  • Work clean and work fast
  • Able to stand for long shifts and lift 40 lbs
  • No experience needed
