If you have run a busy fast-casual store for an owner who never backed you the way you backed the team, this seat is different. Roll Play Fairfax opens at the end of November, and you would build the team and own the store from day one.

Roll Play is our Viet food concept. We need one General Manager to pass the opening checks and hold a high standard on day one and day 90.

What you will do

• Open the store: hire the crew, train them, run mock service and a soft open
• Own the numbers: food and labor cost, ticket times, inspections, guest reviews
• Run the weekly leadership meeting and report
• Answer every guest complaint within 24 hours
• Train your replacement. We build our bench

What you need

• You have owned a restaurant P&L as a General Manager or a strong Assistant General Manager, and you can read it
• You coach directly, including a well-liked teammate who is missing the standard
• You are on time, every time
• ServSafe Manager certified, or certified within 30 days

Who should not apply: if you want a 9-to-5, or blame the team when a number slips.
