Suarez Physical Therapy is a dynamic physical therapy practice looking to an energetic physical therapist technician (PT Tech) eager to learn with Physical Therapists while they treat adult and pediatric patients in a progressive evidence-based outpatient clinic. This candidate must also be willing to cross train for front office duties.
The shift is Monday and Thursday 8:00am to 7:30pm at our Lake Mead location. This is a part-time position with the option to become full time.
We bring all of our Care.Experience to bear in caring for our patients, whether at the front reception desk or in clinical delivery. When a client comes to us, they experience care in ways that make them part of our family.
As a PT Tech, your functions will be:
- Stocking and cleaning treatment tables
- Washing and folding linens
- Communicates pertinent patient information to ensure the best possible care
- Setting up and breaking down hot and cold packs
- Watching patients perform therapeutic exercise (i.e. comfort level)
- The right candidate is also willing to assist in front office.
Additional Requirements:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year prior experience as a PT Technician preferred.
- Post-high school education with an anatomy or kinesiology emphasis.
- High School diploma or GED required.
