About this position
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate grading and pipe crew activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and project requirements.
- Read construction plans and coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce scheduling.
- Maintain daily records of crew hours, materials, and equipment usage.
- Coordinate with other foremen, subcontractors, and DOT personnel.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Grade Foreman in heavy civil construction and/or highway projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of GPS technology and safety certifications is a plus.
