Responsibilities:
Assist with basic repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance
Support maintenance technicians with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks
Perform general upkeep such as painting, patching walls, minor carpentry, and cleaning
Help maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
Respond to work orders and service requests promptly
