The Role
We are seeking a Versatile Plumbing Technician who is a true "jack-of-all-trades" in the service world. You won't just be fixing pipes; you will be a problem solver and a face of the company. The ideal candidate is someone who can pivot from a simple faucet repair to a complex sewer line diagnostic or an emergency burst pipe with ease and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Service & Repair: Diagnose and repair issues in residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaky faucets, running toilets, low water pressure, and broken pipes.
- Drain & Sewer: Perform expert drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and sewer line inspections using the latest video camera technology.
- Installations: Install and replace water heaters (standard and tankless), garbage disposals, toilets, sinks, and various fixtures to local codes.
- Emergency Response: Participate in our 24/7 emergency service rotation to address urgent issues like burst pipes, gas leaks, and major sewage backups.
- Customer Excellence: Provide honest, transparent estimates and communicate clearly with customers to ensure they understand their options and the work being performed.
- Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance for plumbing and HVAC systems.
Requirements
- Versatility: Proven experience in residential and commercial service, repair, and installation.
- Technical Skill: Proficiency with modern plumbing tools and techniques (e.g., electronic leak detection, camera inspections).
- License: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Professionalism: A commitment to being "fast, tidy, and on time." You must take pride in leaving a job site cleaner than you found it.
