About this position

I’m working with an AmLaw Top 50 firm that’s looking for a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join their Litigation practice in Washington D.C.

The role offers real variety. You’d work across antitrust, white-collar, and healthcare matters to name a few, rather than being siloed into one area.

This is a firm that gives Associates significant responsibility from day one. By the 3rd or 4th year, many are already getting trial experience, and you’d be involved in the full litigation lifecycle, which is fantastic in terms of development.

Partner-Associate relationships are strong here too. Partners are closely involved in the day-to-day development of junior lawyers, and the leaner team structure means you’re given more ownership and visibility than you’d typically see at a firm this size.

What they’re looking for:

  • At least 3 years of Litigation experience
  • Must be barred in D.C.
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong educational background

If you want variety in your work, a real chance at trial experience, and a firm that’s highly respected in the market, this could be a great fit. Please apply directly or email me at louiseedwards@bcllegal.com
