As a Security Officer Full Time Building Access Control in Foothill Ranch, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Access Control Officer at an automotive location, you will help maintain a secure environment by managing entry points, verifying credentials, monitoring access activity, and assisting employees and visitors with professionalism. Your visible presence and clear communication will help deter incidents while supporting smooth daily operations. Position Type: Full Time / Mix Shifts 

Pay Rate: $20.13 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points at an automotive manufacturing location; verify credentials, manage visitor registration, and maintain access-control records.
• Control vehicle, pedestrian, and contractor access in accordance with site requirements, escalating unauthorized-access concerns through established procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to appropriate site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, parking facilities, and the perimeter to help identify access-control concerns or unusual activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
