Haddon Culinary is seeking a motivated, energetic Cook / Prepared Foods Associate to join our growing
team!
This is a unique opportunity for a culinary professional who enjoys both cooking and customer interaction.
Our fast-paced, chef-driven market combines scratch-made prepared foods, à la carte service, and
full-service catering.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Stock, organize, and maintain workstations for à la carte service and catering orders.
• Prepare and execute à la carte menu items and catering orders accurately and efficiently.
• Set up and maintain beautiful, well-stocked prepared foods cases and displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a customer-facing culinary environment.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, sanitation, and organization.
• Manage time effectively while balancing multiple orders and responsibilities.
• Anticipate needs, take initiative, and support the team throughout service.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Previous culinary or prepared foods experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in food presentation and merchandising.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• A “head on a swivel” mentality - awareness of your surroundings, anticipation of needs, and initiative without
being asked.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality.
• A growth mindset with a desire to learn, improve, and take on additional responsibilities.
