About Haddon Culinary
Haddon Culinary is a chef-driven specialty food market and full-service catering company with locations in Collingswood and Haddonfield, New Jersey. Our culinary team produces a wide variety of scratch-made prepared foods, baked goods, smoked meats, and seasonal specialties for our retail markets and catering operations.
We're looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Grab & Go / Kitchen Support Associate to join our growing team.
About the Position
This is a hands-on position that plays an essential role in keeping our prepared foods operation running efficiently. Our kitchen begins production early each morning, meaning you'll arrive with fresh products ready to be packaged, labeled, organized, and placed for sale.
You'll be responsible for taking finished products from the kitchen and preparing them for one of two destinations: bulk storage for our prepared foods showcases or retail packaging for direct sale to customers.

Key Responsibilities
Prepared Foods Packaging & Merchandising
• Package finished prepared foods for bulk storage and retail sale.
• Properly label, date, and store products according to food safety standards.
• Portion and package retail products neatly and consistently.
• Stock and merchandise Grab & Go products throughout the store, creating attractive, well-organized displays.
• Maintain product freshness through proper storage and inventory rotation.
Commissary & Inventory Support
• Fulfill prepared foods transfer orders for our Haddonfield location.
• Accurately organize, pack, and prepare products for delivery.
• Maintain clean, organized walk-in refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage areas.
• Assist with inventory organization, product rotation, and general kitchen support.
Daily Products Handled
Our kitchen produces an extensive and constantly evolving selection of products, including soups, sauces, stocks, smoked meats, pot pies, pasta dishes, sheet pan dinners, pound cakes, cookies, deli salads, side dishes, housemade chips, and other specialty prepared foods.
Cleaning & Organization
• Clean and sanitize packaging stations and work areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
• Help ensure work areas are properly organized and ready for the following day’s production.

Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, specialty food market, prepared foods department, or food production environment is preferred.
