About this position
We are currently hiring talented line cooks for PatulaPatula is a modern bistro in the French Quarter, with a seasonal menu and eclectic wine list. We are looking for 1-2 line cooks for 4-5 shifts a week as we grow into busy season. We are a pooled house and with tips pay can range between $22-$35 an hour (sometimes much more with private events). We run a small but tight team that works very well together. The right fit will a team player with solid cooking foundations, a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Menus are collaborative, and after mastering the line there are opportunities for creative input and projects.
