Level 1 – Mechanical Assembly (ITAR Compliant)
Entry Level- Performs basic mechanical assembly on the production floor.
Uses hand tools and follows assembly instructions.
Completes repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy.
No soldering experience required.
Must lift up to 20 lbs and have basic mechanical aptitude.
Preferred: High school diploma/GED, blueprint reading, Spanish.
Intermediate- Performs mechanical and electronic assembly.
Uses soldering equipment to assemble electronic components.
Must have technical soldering experience.
Must meet IPC J-STD-001 Class 3 requirements.
Must lift up to 20 lbs and have strong attention to detail.
Preferred: IPC J-STD-001 certification.
Advanced- Performs mechanical and electronic assembly.
Completes precision soldering for aerospace and military applications.
Must have experience with IPC J-STD-001 Class 3 and J-STD-001H requirements.
Requires strong technical soldering skills and attention to detail.
Must lift up to 20 lbs.
