The Role: What You'll Be Doing

 

As a Line Cook, you will be integral to executing San Sabino’s celebrated menu, focusing on precision, quality, and consistency:
  • Execute precise station prep and service to the high standards of San Sabino's culinary program.
  • Maintain impeccable organization and cleanliness on the line in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work with a team of professional chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Candidate Requirements

 

We are looking for passionate, dedicated candidates who meet the following criteria:
  • At least 1 year of NYC restaurant cooking experience.

     

  • Must have flexible availability and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

     

  • Prior fine dining experience is a plus but not required.
