The Caregivers Homecare role provides compassionate, dependable in-home support to older adults, individuals with disabilities, and post-surgical clients. Reporting to the care coordinator, the caregiver helps clients maintain comfort, dignity, safety, and independence while keeping families informed of their care.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and mobility assistance.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals according to client needs.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Support household tasks and daily living activities.
- Monitor vital signs and client safety.
- Document care provided and relevant observations.
- Communicate client updates and concerns to families and the care coordinator.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in home caregiving.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
