- 3+ years of professional culinary experience, preferably in a scratch kitchen.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for training and developing culinary teams.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for seasonal menus, weekly specials, and fresh ingredients.
- Experience with food costs, inventory, ordering, and waste management.
- Commitment to outstanding food quality, presentation, and kitchen standards.
