What You’ll Do

Own and grow Kastlfel accounts

  • Manage all Kastlfel customers nationwide, building strong relationships and driving repeat business.

  • Own the sales process from initial outreach and product presentation through order placement and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and customer service to communicate customer needs and deliver a positive experience.

Bring Kastlfel into Jack & Sage accounts

Open new doors

  • Build a nationwide pipeline of prospective retailers, destination shops, resorts, and other wholesale accounts.
  • Generate new business through consistent calling, emailing, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Turn prospects into long-term customers through thoughtful follow-up and a clear understanding of their business.
  • Represent Kastlfel at trade shows and customer meetings as needed.

Take ownership of results

  • Maintain accurate contacts, opportunities, and activity in HubSpot.
  • Manage sales goals, account plans, and forecasts.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights to help improve products and identify growth opportunities.

Who You Are

  • A self-starter who is excited to own a national territory and build a brand.
  • Comfortable balancing existing account management with consistent new business development.
  • Confident picking up the phone, starting conversations, and asking for the order.
  • Organized and dependable, with strong follow-through across multiple accounts and projects.
  • A collaborative teammate who works well with sales, design, and operations.
  • Motivated by clear goals and accountable for results.
  • Experienced in sales or business development; wholesale apparel, custom T-shirts, decorated apparel, or gift and souvenir industry experience is a plus.
