About this position
Company Description
Integrated Beverage Group (IBG) builds wine and spirits brands people can trust. Every brand we make, including Lifevine, Firesteed, Duck Pond, Rascal, DHŌS and Ransom, is certified by the Clean Label Project. That means independent agents pull our products off store shelves and test them for more than 400 contaminants, including heavy metals and pesticide residue. We were the first wine to earn the Clean Label Project Purity Award, in 2016, and we're still the only adult beverage company whose whole portfolio is certified.
You can get further details about the nature of this opening, and what is expected from applicants, by reading the below.
That transparency is how we grow while the category shrinks. Over the 52 weeks ending April 2026, Lifevine dollar sales rose 9.6% while the wine category fell 6.0% (Nielsen). Retailers like Target now use Clean Label certification to choose what goes on the shelf, and we're built for that shift.
We're a small team based in Dundee, Oregon, and Denver. We run on data and expect everyone to own their numbers.
Role Description
The Area Manager owns IBG's business in California, Arizona and Texas. It's a remote, full-time W-2 role for someone who already knows these markets and can move cases through the three-tier system.
You'll manage our wholesaler partners in all three states and hold them to execution: distribution, pricing, billbacks and in-store programs. You'll grow points of distribution with regional chains, independent retailers and on-premise accounts, and support chain programs run by our national accounts team. You'll use VIP depletion data and Circana scan data to find where we're winning and where we're losing doors, then act on it.
We measure the job on two outcomes: depletion growth and points of distribution. Your pay rewards growth. You'll report to the Founder and work with our marketing team on shelf tags, digital programs and the Clean Label story that wins buyers.

- Strong presentation skills with chain buyers and distributor leadership.
- Ability to work on your own, manage a three-state territory and travel within it regularly.
- Clear, honest written communication; you'll report results weekly. xavwley
