Position Requirements:.
- 8+ years of relevant litigation experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law, or in representing governmental organizations in litigation-based civil matters.
- Demonstrated dedication and hard work in prior roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and other sophisticated software.
- Availability during business hours, with some evenings and weekends for client meetings.
- Excellent personal skills.
Optimum Skills:
- Manage high project loads and administrative staff.
- Independently handle all assigned cases in a diverse case load.
- Chair client corporate meetings.
- Manage electronic task lists and billing.
- Maintain strong client relationships by advising on case status.
- Proficiency in all phases of litigation, including drafting complaints and answers, discovery, witness preparation, depositions, and motion practice.
